The public website

Helpeex does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, third-party analytics or social-media embeds on this public website. Because no optional tracking technology is active, there is currently no cookie consent banner.

Strictly necessary technology

Hosting, security and delivery providers may process technical request data or use essential cookies for load balancing, abuse prevention and reliable delivery. These technologies are used only where needed to provide or secure the service.

The Helpeex app

The web app uses browser storage needed to keep you signed in, protect sessions and remember app preferences. Removing this storage may sign you out or reset preferences. It is not used for cross-site advertising.

Location permission

Helpeex asks the browser for location access only when you choose a feature that needs your current position, such as nearby search or adding GPS coordinates to a task. You can deny or revoke permission in browser or device settings and use address-based features instead.

Your controls

Browser settings let you inspect, block or delete cookies and stored site data. Blocking essential storage can prevent authentication or other app functions from working correctly.

Future changes

If Helpeex introduces non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies, they will be disabled until any consent required by applicable law is obtained. Controls to reject or change that choice will be provided at the same time.
