Be honest and specific

Describe tasks, skills, availability, location and compensation accurately. Do not impersonate another person, manipulate ratings, hide material risks or make promises you do not intend to keep.

Keep tasks lawful and safe

Do not request or offer illegal, dangerous, regulated or age-restricted work unless every participant is legally qualified and the activity is permitted. Helpeex must never be used for violence, weapons, exploitation, trafficking, controlled substances or evading legal obligations.

Treat people with respect

Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual misconduct, discrimination, stalking, coercion and retaliation are prohibited. Respect a person's decision to decline or end an interaction.

Protect privacy

Share only the personal and location information needed for the task. Do not publish another person's address, contact details, identity documents, private messages, images or precise location without permission.

Avoid scams and manipulation

Do not send spam, phishing links, malware, advance-fee requests, deceptive payment instructions or attempts to move a person into an unsafe transaction. Agree on compensation, expenses and timing before work begins.

Use reports and reviews responsibly

Reports should describe genuine concerns. Reviews should reflect a completed interaction and must not be exchanged for benefits, threatened, fabricated or used to disclose private information.

Enforcement

Helpeex may review reports and restrict content, features or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these standards or comply with law. Serious or immediate danger should be reported to the appropriate local authority, not only to Helpeex.
